Inspired by the flora and fauna of the Southeast, each piece is reminiscent of this region's inherant beauty. Lyndsey believes that the best memories are created around cups of coffee and good food. She hopes that her pottery will draw folks back to the woods, while fostering relationships with community, friends and family.

Holly Creek Farms

Holly Creek Farms, owned by Reed and Heather Graham, is located in the Bethany Community of Wolfe County. Their farming operation includes a cow-calf herd, a freezer beef business, a newly installed high tunnel, and a firewood business. Conservation and sustainability have always been the family’s top priority. The trees that are used for the firewood business are ones that are low quality (damaged, dying, etc.) or ones that have been cut as part of a Wildlife Habitat Improvement Project or a Timber Stand Improvement Project. The beef is finished on grass and is taken to a small family owned, USDA inspected facility for processing. Their goal is to produce wholesome, healthy beef in a humane and environmentally friendly way. But above all else, they are proud to be raising their son, John Henry, on the family farm and teaching him to love and respect the land and animals.
